Andrea L. Gunnoe is an experienced bilingual (Spanish) school psychologist with 25 years of service in both private and public education.
She holds a Master of Education and specialist-equivalent training in School Psychology from Bowling Green State University and is licensed by the State of Ohio Department of Education and the State of West Virginia. Andrea is also licensed by the Ohio Psychology Board for independent practice in Ohio.
Her areas of expertise include psychoeducational assessment, educational intervention, disability identification, special education and Section 504 compliance, and support for students and families navigating educational needs.

Psychoeducational Evaluations
Comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations help identify a student's learning strengths and needs through assessment of cognitive abilities, academic achievement, and social-emotional functioning. Evaluations may help identify learning disabilities, clarify educational needs, and guide appropriate interventions, accommodations, and support.
Individualized Student Support
Individualized support for K–12 students focused on skill-building, goal-setting, emotional and behavioral needs, academic success, and progress monitoring. Services can include collaboration with parents and educators to create consistent strategies across home and school.
Parent Consultation & Educational Advocacy Support
Parent consultation helps families better understand evaluation results, educational needs, available supports, and potential next steps. Andrea works collaboratively with parents to develop practical strategies for home and school and can help families understand special education, Section 504, community resources, and available support programs.
Bilingual Spanish Psychoeducational Evaluations
Bilingual assessment can be especially important when evaluating students whose language background may affect educational testing and interpretation. Andrea provides psychoeducational evaluations, consultation, and related services in both English and Spanish, helping families and schools communicate clearly while providing culturally responsive support.
